Getting started

Which areas do you work in?

We have offices in Chennai (head office, No.55, P H Road, Nerkundram) and Salem (D.No.88/48, Veeranam Main Road, Ponnamapettai), and our teams travel to homes and businesses across Tamil Nadu. Tell us your city or district when you enquire and we will confirm the visit.

How do I get a quotation?

Send an enquiry on the website, WhatsApp or call us. We discuss what you want to automate, visit the site when needed, and then give you a written quotation with the products, scope of work, price and timeline.

Is the site visit free?

Yes — the site visit and consultation are free. We look at your gate, wiring and property so the quotation fits what is actually there.

Do you work on villas, apartments and businesses?

Yes. We automate independent houses and villas, apartments and gated communities, and commercial sites such as offices, hotels, warehouses and parking — from a single gate to a whole building.

What are your working hours?

Mon – Sat, 9 AM – 7 PM. You can send an enquiry or WhatsApp message any time and we reply during working hours.

Gate automation

What happens during a power cut?

Every motor we fit has a manual release: a key frees the gate so it can be moved by hand. If you want the gate to keep working through cuts, a battery backup module runs it for a number of cycles — how many depends on the motor and the gate's weight, which we confirm when we quote.

Can a gate work without internet?

Yes. Remotes, RFID tags, keypads and the photocells talk directly to the control board; none of them need internet. Only the app's remote-from-anywhere feature depends on your Wi-Fi and the manufacturer's cloud — if it drops, everything else keeps working.

What safety features are available?

Photocells across the opening, obstacle detection in the motor, soft start and soft stop, a flashing warning lamp while the gate moves, and for shutters and high-speed doors a safety edge or light curtain. Which are included depends on the system; all of them are tested in front of you at handover.

Can an existing gate be automated?

Usually. We check that the gate runs or swings freely, the hinges or wheels are sound and the frame can take the hardware. Minor fabrication is common; a badly bent or dragging gate is repaired first. Cantilever gates are the exception — they normally need a new frame.

How much maintenance is required?

Little, but not none: keep the rail or hinges clear, don't let plants grow into the photocells, and have the motor, limits and safety devices checked periodically — more often for gates that cycle all day. We offer service visits from both offices.

What affects the installation cost?

The gate's weight and width (which decide the motor class), the type of mechanism, whether civil work is needed for a rail, pillar or foundation, how far power has to be brought, and the accessories you choose — RFID, app, battery backup, intercom. We quote after a free site visit so the number covers what the job really needs.

What warranty and support are provided?

Each motor carries its manufacturer's warranty, and our workmanship is covered separately; both are written on your handover record rather than promised on a web page. Support comes from our own technicians in Chennai and Salem, covering all of Tamil Nadu.

Home automation

Can automation be added to a home that's already finished?

Yes. Retrofit modules fit behind your existing switchboards and talk to each other wirelessly, so lights, fans, curtains and AC can be automated without breaking walls. A few items, like curtain motors, need a power point nearby — we plan neat routes at the site visit.

Will the switches still work?

Yes. Your switches or touch panels keep working as normal; automation adds the app, scenes, schedules and voice on top. If the app or Wi-Fi is down, the home still works by hand.

What happens if the internet goes down?

Switches and touch panels keep working. Depending on the system, many scenes and schedules also run locally. Remote control from outside the home and voice assistants need the internet, and return as soon as it's back.

Do I need to automate the whole house at once?

No. Many families start with one room or one system — lighting in the living room, curtains, or the water tank — and add more later on the same app.

Does it work with Alexa or Google?

Yes. Lights, curtains, AC and scenes can be controlled with Alexa, and with Google Assistant on systems that support it. We set up the voice names so they're natural to say.

What affects the cost?

The number of rooms and circuits, whether the home is under construction or finished, the systems you choose (lighting, curtains, AC, locks, theatre, water tank) and the panels and brands. We quote after a free site visit so the number covers what the home actually needs.

Who supports it after installation?

Our own technicians from Chennai and Salem. Every installation leaves with a handover record — what was fitted, how it's set up and who to call.

Security systems

Can I watch the cameras on my phone?

Yes. Cameras record to a recorder (NVR) at home or in the office, and the app shows live view and playback on your phone. Many families also put the cameras on the TV.

What happens to recordings in a power cut?

The recorder and cameras stop when power is off unless they're on a UPS or inverter, which we recommend. Recordings already saved stay on the hard disk.

Do Ajax sensors need wiring?

No. Ajax sensors, sirens and keypads are wireless and battery-powered, so they're fitted without chasing walls. The hub needs power and a network connection.

Will the alarm go off because of pets?

Pet-friendly motion sensors are available and are set up to ignore animals up to a certain size. We place sensors where they won't be triggered by curtains, fans or sunlight.

Can the video door phone open my gate?

Yes — if the gate is automated or the door has an electric lock, the monitor and the app can open it. We check the existing lock at the site visit.

How long are recordings kept?

It depends on the number of cameras, their resolution and the hard-disk size. We size the recorder for the number of days you want to keep, and old footage is overwritten automatically.

Who supports it after installation?

Our own technicians from Chennai and Salem. Every installation leaves with a handover record — what was fitted, the app logins set up and who to call.

Commercial

Can you take on a whole building, not just one system?

Yes. Gate, access, lighting, climate control and security are planned together after a site survey, so they work as one system and one team is responsible for all of it.

Can it be installed while the business is running?

Usually, yes. We plan the work in zones or after hours so that rooms, docks or gates stay in use — the schedule is agreed before we start.

Do you work with architects and electrical contractors?

Yes. For new buildings we provide device layouts, wiring requirements and power points early, so the right conduits and boxes are in place before plastering.

What about maintenance for busy sites?

Gates, barriers and doors that cycle all day need regular checks. We offer scheduled service visits from our Chennai and Salem offices.

Can staff access be linked to attendance?

Biometric terminals log every entry, and the logs can be exported for attendance. We confirm the format your HR team needs at the survey.

What affects the cost?

The size of the site, the number of doors, rooms, gates and cameras, the systems chosen and how much cabling is needed. We quote after a free site survey.

Service & support

How do I raise a service request?

Use the request builder on this page to send the details on WhatsApp, call us, or email us. Mention the system, what's happening and your location — a photo or short video helps a lot.

What should I keep ready before contacting support?

Your name and address, the system (gate, home automation, CCTV or alarm), what is happening and since when, and if possible a photo or video of the issue.

Which areas do you support?

Our offices are in Chennai and Salem, and our teams travel across Tamil Nadu. Tell us your district and we'll confirm the visit schedule.

Can I add to or upgrade my existing system?

Tell us what you have today and what you'd like to add — more cameras, another gate, lighting scenes — and we'll advise on the options after understanding your setup.

Is there a guide for using my system?

Operating guides are shared at handover. If you've lost yours, request a copy from the Downloads page or on WhatsApp.
