These terms apply when you use www.sensorhomeautomation.in (the “website”), run by Sensor Home Automation, No.55, P H Road, Nerkundram, Chennai 600107, Tamil Nadu. By using the website you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.

We write our service pages, guides and blog posts to help you plan, and we try to keep them accurate and up to date. They are general information, not a quotation or professional advice for your particular site. Products, features and brands can change, and what is possible depends on your gate, wiring and property.

Some pictures on the website are illustrations or renders rather than photographs of our installations; where that is the case we label them. The 3D gate simulator, the smart home walk-through and the arrival experience are illustrations of how typical systems behave — the exact look, timings and features of your system are confirmed in your quotation. Phone app screens shown in these experiences are illustrations of a typical smart home app.

Sending an enquiry does not create an order or any obligation for you or for us. After a site visit or a discussion we give you a written quotation.

The written quotation is what counts. The price, the products and brands, the scope of work, what you need to provide (for example a power point or civil work), payment terms, timelines and validity are as stated in your quotation and invoice. If anything on the website differs from your quotation, the quotation applies.

Products carry the manufacturer’s warranty, and our installation and service commitments are as stated in your quotation or invoice. Warranty usually does not cover damage from misuse, physical damage, power surges, water entry caused by changes to the site, or work done by others on the system. For service, use our support page, WhatsApp or phone.

Please do not:

• submit false details or someone else’s details without their permission;
• send spam, automated submissions or harmful code through our forms;
• try to break, overload or gain unauthorised access to the website or our systems;
• copy the website’s design, text, 3D experiences or images for commercial use without our written permission.

The website’s text, design, illustrations, 3D experiences and the Sensor name and logo belong to Sensor Home Automation. Product and brand names (for example manufacturers of motors, locks, cameras or alarm systems) belong to their owners and are used only to describe products we install; their use does not mean those companies endorse us.

The website links to other services such as WhatsApp, Google Maps, Instagram and manufacturers’ sites. We are not responsible for their content or how they handle your data; their own terms and privacy policies apply.

We work to keep the website available and correct, but we provide it “as is” and cannot promise it will always be uninterrupted or error-free. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for any loss arising from relying on general information on the website. Nothing in these terms limits your rights as a consumer under Indian law, or our responsibilities under a quotation or invoice you have accepted.

We may update these terms; the date at the top shows the latest version. These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at Chennai, Tamil Nadu have jurisdiction.
