Commercial automation in Chennai, Salem and across Tamil Nadu — hotels, offices, parking, warehouses and apartments

← Back to Home

What actually changes

One workday, automated.

Gates, doors, lights, AC and cameras planned as one system — so staff, guests and vehicles move through on their own and nothing runs in an empty room. These are the four moments you notice in the first week.

  1. 7:00 AM

    Staff walk straight in

Faces and fingerprints open the staff doors, and every entry lands in the attendance log.

  2. 9:30 AM

    No queue at the gate

Tagged cars go straight through the boom barrier; visitors are let in from the security cabin.

  3. 2:00 PM

    The meeting room is ready

One tap by the door sets the lights, AC and screen — and the room switches off when it empties.

  4. 8:00 PM

    The building shuts down

Lights and AC go off by schedule, doors lock, and the cameras keep watch through the night.

What we automate

Five kinds of site. One team.

Hotels, offices, parking, warehouses and apartments — each planned as one system, from the gate to the last room. Pick one, or scroll through all five.

01Hotel automation

Rooms that welcome every guest.

The key card switches the room on — lights, AC and TV come up in a welcome scene — and when the card leaves, the room powers down. Lobby access and back-of-house cameras run on the same plan.

  • Key-card energy saving in every room
  • Welcome scenes for lights, AC and TV
  • Do-not-disturb and make-up-room indicators
  • Lobby access and CCTV

02Office automation

Offices that run themselves.

Lights follow people through the floor, meeting rooms set themselves for the booking, the AC runs by zone and timetable, and doors open for the right staff.

  • Occupancy lighting and schedules
  • Meeting-room scenes on a panel
  • AC control by zone
  • Biometric and card access

03Parking & vehicle access

Every vehicle, in and out.

Boom barriers with RFID tags let regular cars straight through, loop detectors close behind each one, and visitors are let in from the security cabin.

  • Boom barriers rated for heavy traffic
  • RFID tags for staff and residents
  • Loop detectors for safe closing
  • Remote release from the security cabin

04Warehouses & factories

Docks that close behind every load.

High-speed doors and motorised shutters keep dust, heat and pests out; telescopic gates cover wide entrances; cameras watch the docks, the yard and the boundary.

  • High-speed doors for busy docks
  • Motorised rolling shutters
  • Wide telescopic and sliding gates
  • CCTV across docks and boundary

05Apartments & gated communities

One entrance. Every resident.

A video door phone for every flat, a gate that residents open from their phones, boom barriers for cars and cameras on the common areas — planned together for the association.

  • Video door phone for each flat
  • Gate opens from the monitor or app
  • Boom barrier with resident RFID
  • Cameras on lobbies and parking

Not sure where to start?

Two taps. The place to start.

Tell us the kind of property and your first priority — the answer shows what to plan first and why.

Where do we start?

0/1

  1. 01What kind of property?

Start with the kind of property.

The system to start with appears here, with the reasons it fits.

Inside every installation

Six layers. One system.

Access, lighting, meeting rooms, cameras, climate and one dashboard. Tap one to see where it sits in a real office and what it does — every one is tested before handover.

Who gets in

Access control

Face, fingerprint or card terminals at entrances and staff areas, with logs that can feed attendance.

  1. Systems depend on the site and brands chosen; the survey fixes the list and the layout before we quote.
Straight answers

The questions nobody puts on a website.

You'll ask them anyway. Here they are, answered before the site visit.

One plan, one team

Gate, access, lighting, climate and security are planned together after a site survey — and one team answers for all of it.

Installed while you run

We work in zones or after hours so that rooms, docks and gates stay in use. The schedule is agreed before we start.

Serviced for busy sites

Gates, barriers and doors that cycle all day get scheduled service visits from our Chennai and Salem offices.

Before you sign any quote

Five questions to ask every installer.

Including us. A good installer answers all five without hesitating.

  1. 01

Will one team design, install and service every system?

  2. 02

How will the work be phased so the business keeps running?

  3. 03

Which brands, and are spares available locally?

  4. 04

Who trains our staff, and is the training written down?

  5. 05

What happens when a gate or barrier stops at peak hour?

Our answer, in writing

Every site leaves with a handover record.

One page, signed by the technician who did the work, that you keep.

  • Every device and where it is, floor by floor
  • Schedules, access rules and logins set up
  • Staff training completed and signed
  • Manufacturer warranty terms
  • Service contacts — names and numbers

Installed by our own technicians from Chennai and Salem, covering 38 districts of Tamil Nadu.

How it goes

First call to handover.

Quoted after a survey, never over the phone. We plan the whole site first, then install in phases around your working hours.

1

Site visit

We visit, measure and understand how you use the space — gate, rooms, entrances and network.

2

Design & plan

A clear plan for every motor, sensor, panel and cable run, matched to your property and budget.

3

Installation

Our own team installs neatly, with tidy cable work and minimal disruption.

4

Testing & handover

Every device is tested, scenes are set up and everyone at home is shown how it works.

5

Support

Service, maintenance and upgrades from the team that already knows your system.

Questions before you automate?

Can you take on a whole building, not just one system?

Yes. Gate, access, lighting, climate control and security are planned together after a site survey, so they work as one system and one team is responsible for all of it.

Can it be installed while the business is running?

Usually, yes. We plan the work in zones or after hours so that rooms, docks or gates stay in use — the schedule is agreed before we start.

Do you work with architects and electrical contractors?

Yes. For new buildings we provide device layouts, wiring requirements and power points early, so the right conduits and boxes are in place before plastering.

What about maintenance for busy sites?

Gates, barriers and doors that cycle all day need regular checks. We offer scheduled service visits from our Chennai and Salem offices.

Can staff access be linked to attendance?

Biometric terminals log every entry, and the logs can be exported for attendance. We confirm the format your HR team needs at the survey.

What affects the cost?

The size of the site, the number of doors, rooms, gates and cameras, the systems chosen and how much cabling is needed. We quote after a free site survey.
